My favourite challenge about working for KDC are the panic saves! When a client comes in with a problem and a very short time to solve it. It’s so satisfying grabbing all the information I can relaying it to the team and assisting them to get it solved in time. I love the relief in a clients voice when we’ve succeeded or the hope if we can manage to give them more time when the situation physically cannot be fixed in time.

If you ever talk to an accountant, or someone in an accounting firm, don’t ever be afraid of sounding silly. Ask those weird questions, clarify anything you don’t understand, we’re so deep in the mindset that sometimes we forget that not everyone recognises that ITR stands for! (Individual Tax Return – a persons usual yearly return!)

Interesting fact about me, my favourite smell is rain! It’s reminds me of counting the time between thunder and lighting on my front porch with my father as a child. It’s clean, fresh and brings back wonderful memories. Which I’ve managed to share with kids in my neighbourhood as well!
